Mesh screens
VAUTID mesh screens are versatile enough to meet all the challenges faced by sieve decks in today’s industrial screening environment. We only use special, high-quality, high-tensile wire.
All the screens we make are made from specially drawn wire manufactured out of spring steel or stainless steel to DIN 17223. VAUTID industrial screens are supplied fully finished and ready-to-fit, complete with tensioning hooks or machined edges to suit your specific sieving unit.
Here’s what makes VAUTID mesh screens stand out from the competition:
- Superior efficiency
- High performance
- Improved sieving results
Type E pressed wire grids
- Application: screening of large and medium particles
- Special features: The wire grid is pressed smooth on one side, avoiding the risk of abrasion damage to delicate materials
- Material: Extra-tough, wear-resistant manganese steel wire
- Tensile strength: 90-110 kg/mm².
- Wire sizes available: 7-12.5 mm dia
Bar screens
- Application: Heavy-duty sieving with tight particle size limits
- Special features: High-quality special wire, tensile strength 160-180 kg/mm².
- Material: Extremely wear-resistant steel capable of withstanding vibration, and chrome-nickel steels.
Harp screens, smooth on one side
- Applications include de-watering, sieving sand and gravel
- Special features: Smooth longitudinal wires with layers of cross wires
Pressed welded grids for de-watering applications
- Applications: Screening sand, gravel, salt, ore, hard rock etc.
- Special features: Improved stability, secure slot openings, and excellent sieving performance
Type B harp screens
- Applications: Screening sand, gravel, coal, ore, crushed stone, etc.
- Special features: Self-cleaning design (longitudinal wires with horizontal offset)
Type G harp screens
- Applications: Dry and wet sieving, handling residual materials in process industry
- Designed for screening machines with high vibration frequencies
- Special features: Large, open screening area, since these screens are only supported by cross beams
Woven harp screens
- Applications: Screening of round, cube-shaped or damp bulk materials such as gravel, stone, sand etc.
- Special features: Self-cleaning design (longitudinal wires with vertical offset)
- Material: Spring steel/ chrome-nickel steel
Oblong weave screens
- Applications: Screening sand, gravel, salt, ore, hard rock etc.
- Special features: Improved stability, secure slot openings, maximum sieving performance
Type F pressed welded grids
- Applications: Precise screening of heavy loads of medium and large-particle materials
- Special features: Improved screening performance, since there is minimal build-up of oversize materials. The mesh has a long service life.
- Material: Extremely wear-resistant manganese alloy steel, tensile strength: 80-100 kg/ mm²; also available in VA quality: wire size 5-20 mm
Type A square mesh screens
- Applications: Heavy-duty sieving with tight particle size limits
- Special features: High-quality special wire, tensile strength 160-180 kg/mm².
- Material: Spring steel/ chrome-nickel steel
